中国（江苏）国际冷链产业博览会旨在打造中国一流的冷链全产业链的博览盛会。此次展会江苏省冷链学会非赢利主办，南京维特斯展览有限公司承办。以会展和论坛形式为冷链全产业链企业和机构提供合作、交流、展示机会。

 江苏省冷链学会作为目前全国唯一的冷链学术团体，成立4年来，每年举办、协办各种冷链展及论坛活动，已形成集展示冷链产业先进产品、技术，汇聚产业链高端决策人群的鲜明特点，成为全方位体现江苏乃至全国冷链产业发展风貌的平台。

 展会预计参展商超280家、专业观众超15000名前来参会。展会同时受到了欧洲室温、制冷、食品冷链技术行业协会的大力支持。

江苏省冷链学会与江南大学、南京晓庄学院合作举办第五届 “生鲜食品加工与保鲜”学术研讨会与展会同时举办，研讨会旨在推动生鲜食品加工与保鲜技术创新和技术交流，提升生鲜食品加工与保鲜技术水平，搭建产学研交流与合作平台，促进成果转化。本次研讨会主题为“冷链与生鲜食品加工和保鲜”，邀请国内外知名专家、学者、企业家约400名，共同探讨生鲜食品加工与保鲜以及冷链发展所面临的挑战与机遇，汇聚生鲜食品加工与保鲜研究领域的新成果、新技术、新设备，为生鲜食品加工与保鲜行业提供新理念、新思路。

China (Jiangsu) International Cold Chain Industry Expo aims to build China's first-class cold chain industry chain Expo. The exhibition was not profit-made by the Cold Chain Society of Jiangsu Province, and was hosted by Nanjing Virts Exhibition Co., Ltd. In the form of exhibitions and forums for the cold chain of the entire industrial chain enterprises and institutions to provide cooperation, exchange, display opportunities.

Jiangsu Cold Chain Society, as the only cold chain academic group in the country, has been established for 4 years, held every year, co-organizing a variety of cold chain exhibition and forum activities, has formed a set to display the cold chain industry advanced products, technology, bringing together the high-end decision-making crowd of the industrial chain distinct characteristics, become a comprehensive embodiment of Jiangsu and even the national cold chain industry development style platform.

Perfect cold chain logistics system is an important symbol of high-quality economic and social development, the Meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee for the first time put forward the cold chain to make up the short board opinion, the Central Committee Document No. 1 has been for 2 consecutive years on strengthening the cold chain logistics system construction and speed up the replacement of agricultural cold chain logistics this outstanding short board put forward clear requirements. Jiangsu Cold Chain Society under the guidance of the relevant departments of the province, bravely shoulder the burden, e-served to the global refrigeration, cold chain food processing facilities equipment, cold chain storage facilities equipment, cold chain logistics, cold chain terminal storage and sales facilities equipment, cold chain industry technology and applications, such as the whole industry chain upstream and downstream link equipment, technology and solutions enterprises, institutions, research institutes and other invitations to attend the meeting.

The exhibition is expected to have more than 280 exhibitors and more than 15,000 professional visitors. The exhibition was also strongly supported by the European Chamber temperature, refrigeration, food cold chain technology industry association.

Jiangsu Cold Chain Society, in cooperation with Jiangnan University and Nanjing Xiaozhuang College, held the 5th "Fresh Food Processing and Preservation" symposium and exhibition held at the same time, the seminar aims to promote fresh food processing and preservation technology innovation and technology exchanges, enhance the level of fresh food processing and preservation technology, set up a platform for exchanges and cooperation between industry, research and development, and promote the transformation of results. The theme of this seminar is "cold chain and fresh food processing and preservation", invited well-known experts, scholars, entrepreneurs at home and abroad about 400 people to discuss fresh food processing and preservation and cold chain development challenges and opportunities, bringing together fresh food processing and preservation research areas of new achievements, new technologies, new equipment, for fresh food processing and preservation industry to provide new ideas, new ideas.
